Oh yeah, but I don't want to use the beta version of 4.19, I'd rather wait for it to be fully released.

Oh, okay... wait you could do beta and then do actual 4.19, right? Or, too much work?

Well, that means I'd have to download the beta, which will probably be unstable/too dangerous to use, I don't want to fuck up my games, y'know. Then once the full version comes out, I have to download it again. So yeah, it's too much work. Sorry dude. :/

Oh wait, yeah it's using 4.18, right? Cuz I just started downloading UE4.18.3

I just downloaded 4.18.3 and I opened it but it's still loading on 45%

Just click on the play button on the top tab where you see all those icons like save, build, etc...
