That's it actually, 7-zip 9.20 (from 2010) fails to open that rar file with "Can not open file 'F:\Stuff\Tales of Androgyny Win64.rar' as archive", but the current latest 7-zip, 18.01, does open it fine.
Yeah, earlier versions of 7-zip can't extract RAR5 files. Go figure.
Oh, I didn't even know I had an outdated version of 7-Zip. Thanks for answering.
