Cant see how to grow to get the fruits.
Yeah, I just have written better description of the game in comments. So, answering your question - when you take the loot from snowmen you can icrease your level, than if your level is high enough (randomly chosen number 4-6), while running near the big tree, you will get it automatically, and so on, until all 3 fruits are collected.
