Can we raise Rhot's hear for more than one? I finished curse of lust and lizards treasure, slept with him already and got one heart but was wondering if we can get more?

Btw I didn't want to be with Roushk but I noticed that if we kiss him after the feast we get a extra scene with Rhot that we wouldn't get otherwise, and it raises his affection if we say we liked his kiss better, so is it the right choice—Rhot's route-wise—to raise a heart with Roushk as well, or it'll only slow us down? I just wanna my grumpy green lizard. :'(
