Double penises might be tough, since it would need its own scenes, whereas other scenes assume just one penis!
i also think it would be a cool idea for double penises, but yeah that'd take quite a bit of time to implement, i'd assume
I guess it could be a preset and in certain scenes you could use both and in others just one like in the milk farm or dungeon
I dunno, might be weird for scenes to only refer to singular penises when you've got doubles
you could do what you did with the thicc mode, and have the player unlock it
that would be good if was an unlock able like thick mode so it would unlock new scenes and other kinks
or it could be like a new shop were you get body mods and you can get them in there
Honestly, it's just too much effort to add scenes for double penis that only a small portion of players will see :/
