Can you give more specifics? Were there clothing choices absent, like in the other screenshot? Did you progress through the fight and the following events at a normal pace or use the skip function to get back to where you were?
the clothing options are available. I can put on and off clothes that I own. However no combination of clothing allowed me to proceed. I proceeded through the fight after loading a previous save without using any skips and the UI for the fight was already the gone the 2nd time through, letting me pick clothes. I did run into the bug with the UI and locking clothes the first run though.
Are you getting a message that says "Gotta put on something around my loins, at least." or is no message showing up at all? If there is no message, and you're on PC, open up the console with SHIFT + O, input "_dismiss_pause = True" and then input "exit" to close out of the console (both without quotation marks).
