Ah yeah this is an issue I've only recently found out about, which I thought I had fixed. I'm looking into it.
Seems to happen after multiple plays. The first time the Main Menu button stopped working for me, I then hit New Game and it stopped taking all input, wouldn’t let me choose an answer, though I couldn’t replicate that one.
