http://imgur.com/gF87l1i i lined up the picture as best as i could then selected the pallette in the picture then switched back to game and thats how it was alligned

Awesome! The next version has an option that will fix this issue since this latest test worked. And did you try painting?

yeah it came out alot better. im not sure why it happened because the first day it worked fine for me.
