4am? That's nothing I honestly played these two for 18 hours straight. It was lunch time before I realised.
I guess having the combination of gaming and porn addiction will do that.
"And you were supposed to be at work 20 hours ago" implies that you have been playing for... Eh, 30 hours or so? +/- 5 hours, anyway.
Still, you shoudl probably keep your sessions to 4 hours or less. Get some water, some fruit, a bit of stretching... Then dive right back into it.
The only break I have is when my fleshlight runs out of power. I don't think I even stopped for water.
