While on that You should've maybe made her unavailable for the time being. I mean she goes through a tragedy and then next time in her room everything is like before, just feels weird.
It is a bit jarring, but fair as well, as she'd want to try to cling to her old life, as almost every ounce of it was just ripped away without warning. She does refuse to visit the Dungeon, at least
