This is a good take on this idea, I've seen a few but I liked how your body isn't just used to press buttons but also is a physics object.

Seconding the comments about the death noise, it was very unpleasant.

The liquid pools are really really deep, which might seem like a nitpick but actually killed the pace of the game for me, to the point I gave up on the last level because I knew what I needed to do but I didn't want to spend 5 minutes stacking bodies up to fill the pool. In general, I think for a puzzle game the hard part should be figuring out what to do and the execution, once you realize what you need to do, should be fast and satisfying. Instead I got really discouraged just doing the same thing over and over again to stack my body up. I think a great update would be to reduce the depth of the pool to one body-height so you only have to die once for each stepping stone.
