I'm not sure what the exact number is but when I checked my file I had 30 like for Gunnar and I could still invite him.
I had 28 and he came with me so maybe something like 25 is minimum?

It was so easy to make him like me that i made it to the 30+ range to be sure
And because I got 24 like(starting at 8) just by doing 2 rounds of submitting to the guy.
