To give something more:
-The difficulty is capped, and when you have more than 30 chickens it is not that hard to continue forever. You can have more or less luck depending on the places of spawn I would say (or the place you are when it spawns). I would see different kind of mobs, with more lives, or bigger/deadlier shoots. And maybe boss fights why not ^^
With some UI and audio, it is an already good mobile game!
