It's just a little hidden, it's in the new caves, there's an area that you need over 15 perception to unlock. Someone posted a screenshot somewhere of the area I'll go look for it!
thanks for that tip, found it bcs of that :3, i was looking through the caves with 14 perception only, up to 15 and found the secret passage. THANKS A LOT!
