hi, i’m new to the game and i cannot figure out how to customise character skin tone and hair, how do i do this?
Progress past the first main mission and it will unlock.
Go to the hospital, speak to Tucker, complete the mission he assigns and regardless of the path you completed it, you will be shown how to customise your body.
