if you really want to attract investors/partners you'll need more than just using paypal and basic gmail. what i read is someone who cant do anything, paypal business is a simple process but you make it sound complex and also why paypal? there is clearly a better way to handle international money even  a basic business bank is better than paypal.

i highly suggest a domain and email, a professional would like to see effort put into the project not ideas. Domain name cost $12/year so it shouldent but too much money and you can get free  professional email with Zoho. Inside the website add stuff about you, your 33 years of game experience and ways to contact you

With all that you may get someone to donate some money, if you looking for an investor you may want to reveal your project, trust is something they like to see not some mystery game that may be a clone of another game.

Thank you for your expertise. Seemingly you need to read this:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-disclosure_agreement

Also, with all the respect, I did not ask for a lesson.

you cant just ask for money because you want your project to be secret, you also have not made it fair for the investor in the contract you suggested. nothing what you want is going to make someone give money to you.

It seems to me you haven't really read my posting. I do not "ask for money because I want my project to be secret". I reveal this secret to potential investors if they sign a contract, disallowing them to steal or sell my idea. They do not have to invest  money after I have explained the idea to them, they only cannot steal or publish the idea.  Thanks for your attention.

think of this way for someone with 33 years of game  design, would you go to a company and ask them to sign a contract? no that is not professional even in the 80s that is consider laughable that someone thinks they can talk to a company with an idea without manners. this is what you are doing, you arent respecting the fair trade or friendliness.
