A neat little thing. Took quite a while to find out how to open doors. At some point I pressed F1 in hope of finding some help, but it opened what was apparently an editor for the game.
Sounds like you stumbled upon the developer features of TIC-80. In the current version, there's no way to disable them in exported builds.
