ummm... when i put on ragged cloak, my character doesn't have a neck.i think the cloak might be on the wrong layer perhaps? or maybe the head?as the bottom of the chin is also slightly clipped off by the ragged cloak.
That's actually a collar! It's part of the ragged cloak.
