I have the same issue. I used the included process to register and never received a confirmation email. Just sent an email to your webmaster.
Often emails may have gone to the bulk or spam .. I will ask the development team to add a restore or re-register function asap
Have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there, either. Just FYI.
I have replied via email. Please check. you should be able to login anyway
I have also checked my spam folder and haven't received any verification email. Ill recreate an account now
I have resent the email to webmaster@hentaifighter.com requesting that my account/ email gets verified
