I've gotten all endings except the warmest outfit! I'm struggling... But very cute game! I really like the dialogue and how awkward Lottie is. Can relate!
Here's a hint, if you're interested: One of Lottie's outfits is already quite warm, but if she changed her top to something thicker, I think she'd be really baking!
