That's so sad, Google is a problem for developers. You still can download it from itch as APK, and full version also when it's released.
And of course full game will be 18+, so no Google Play anyway :)

Also you can even do the Nekojishi route where the user can opt-in to download a separate NSFW pack so it'll stay SFW to users that doesn't want that~ :3
Cutting 18+ content in such game is worse for the story, so, only 18+ version ^_^
