Will this be available again at some point? I thought about getting our work in physical form.

Unfortunately no,or at least not publicly.

However, I just looked at the print file and it doesn’t look like I included your entry, and in order to add to the print file and make it available for print I’d have to order a new proof, which isn’t something I want to do again.
