I had the exact same thing when the last android update came. Persistent save files did not work anymore and the files of the game where no where to be found. Still cant find them so i'm nervous for the next update.
As long as you don't try to install a new version while you still have a old version installed this shouldn't happen. I still have a savegame from april on my phone and I always delete the app before I install a new update.
i think that's the reason you don't know, when I said I'm using the latest Android version, I meant to say Android 11, Shortly killer7 you'll also face the same problem....
And you are doing plenty enough already by creating such a beautiful story.... And we all can see you are putting your best efforts.... Don't worry!!!! I'm sure Android Developers will solve this problem, I've already reported it to them....
