Up to a point, yeah. Stuff also unlocks every few days until day 24. There's a decent amount to explore, and some additional semi-hidden ending content too.

Oh I see, the thing is I'm at day 36 and I was wondering what was I doing wrong since it seems like I can't make any progress with Simon so I was so confused hahaha
