Flash has been dropped by most (if not all?) major browsers. As mentioned above Adobe also dropped it. I’m not sure if Flash Games were supported before, but I haven’t seen any in a long while. If they were never supported I’m sure they never will.
In any case, I would strongly suggest against making a game in flash. It’s a dying technology that has been phased out in the past few years.
