That is... something I never knew! No doubt CurryCatz didn't know it either! We do flip the sprites from time to time which will of course dictate the direction the buttons appear, but looking through, you're right, they are on the left side! We'll be more careful in future!
That aside, I'm glad you're liking the story so far. We're drawing closer and closer to the finale of Diego's route, expected to release in December on Patreon at our current pace and January on Itch. Hopefully the ending lives up to everything we've done so far!

Honestly, I have no real idea how or why I know this about buttons and shirts and whatnot; it's just one of those weird bits of trivia that I heard or read somewhere and never really forgot! ^^'
This is such a common yet entirely insignificant detail that a lot of people probably see on a daily basis, yet it never really registers as something worth knowing. I've seen this come up in a few different games, but no one else ever brings it up and I know that I'm just being OCD about it, so I don't usually bring it up either. I figured I'd just throw it out there this time, if for no other reason than to get it out of my head and stop bugging over it.
Anyways, here's hoping Diego gets the Hallmark movie, rom-com, happily-ever-after he deserves! I'm also hoping we get to see a CG of Diego just decking that smug grin off of Kyrex's face; that would be incredibly satisfying after all the build up!
