I too have also not heard back. I have requested for my 1gb upload limit to be lifted. After zipping my project it comes in at 1.59gb & would greatly appreciate the extra 1gb to be added to my account.

I'm afraid there's not much to do but wait in this case. Or else use Butler, it gives you twice as much storage outright.
