Yeah, Zelda was an inspiration to that game concept. The screen problem, was it the whole time or just in the game screen? Have to test it on a small screen myself after the jam. Nice to hear, that you liked it :)
The tutorial had this issue because I was seeing a text related to something I couldn't see at the top of the screen. And during gameplay I couldn't see it either. I think that's where we would see the total of $ that we have :).
