That would be Kyrex. As of right now, he's not dateable per se, but he DOES have a significant role in Diego's plot particularly towards the end and he does have an optional sex scene which is available in the current public release.
I see it being possible. Perhaps MC could make him a better man, even if it won't be that simple. Kyrex says he can't be in a mongamie relationship, but I'm sure he's wrong. He just has't found the right guy.
