Very interesting puzzles that were really challenging! Enjoyed it a lot but I just couldn't do level 8: Frog

Suggestions/Comments:

  1. Everything looked pale/soft/faded (not sure if that was intentional)
  2. A faint grid in the background would let players know where their block will end up
  3. For the tutorial, it might be better to put the text in the green area outside the box
  4. The blue circles in the levels were distracting. They would be better if they were "behind" the level. Your Credits and Level page do this well
  5. Music and SFX will go a long way in increasing player engagement
  6. Controls felt stiff when using the mouse to drag the blocks (although drag works well on touchscreens). Maybe if you could select a block with the mouse and use WASD/Arrows to move it

Can't think of any more :D Nice game tho

OMG thank you so much this is exactly the feedback I was looking for. SUPER helpful!

1. it isn't intentional, i just had to make the graphics that way or else the game would just be a blue screen when loaded in itch.io

2. that doesn't really fit the aesthetic but i will put an outline of a square where the tile will be.

3. I totally agree with you, where the text is in my tutorial is kind of confusing.

4. I have heard that a lot but never heard to put them farther in the background, thank you i will definitely do that.

5. This past week has been very busy so i haven't gotten around to it but I definitely will when I have time.

6. I love that idea for the controls, its just that i have a mouse instead of a trackpad so what I did was most intuitive.

Thank you so much, this is my first puzzle game and I'm still new to game development so thanks for the feedback, very helpful.

(all I know is how to program which is why i went for the simplistic art style)
