I got laid off :(((
Unusual to see a text based game!
I feel that there are two main elements to evaluate in this type of game: the quality of the text itself and the sense that your inputs and choices have meaningful and interesting consequences.
The first one I think your game has. I love the premise of an unpaid intern trying to pass as their boss. It was also very well written and I kept getting tempted to give the more chaotic answers just because of how funny they were.
The second element I'm not sure though. It felt I didn't have much to work with and got somewhat random responses from my inputs. Maybe if we could learn a bit about Gaby to try to emulate her character better? Maybe we could see an image of her desk in the background to try to deduce her personality from her things? This could add an interesting visual aspect to your game.
Nevertheless, congrats on trying something original.
