Hehe nice game ^^ Think what i liked most about the game is actually the narrative. Comic book storytelling. Found it really fun and immersive, adding to the gameplay feel. I like the simple visuals.
Some constructive feedback:
- The controls i found to be pretty good. But little less smoothing so more friction would be better so the character slows down a bit faster, and the camera panning more towards the direction would help somewhat to see where you are moving towards.
- The music was good, but became very repetitive and annoying after a while. Think something lighter might have worked better for your game. Then maybe for the end use this type of dramatic music.
- My biggest issue with the game were the enemies. They shoot when you enter a certain range, which is usually almost within the jumping range, making it hard to time your jumps and kill them. Sometimes they'll shoot right when you land etc...Think it would be a lot better if they start shooting as soon as they enter on screen.
