If you're running on unity maybe times the sensitivity by Time.deltatime so that it's consistent no matter the fps? I know my computer is moderately good gtx 970 etc so my fps was probably quite high? :)
Lol yeah, I didn't add Time.deltaTime to the camera, thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that it was a problem! I guess my computer sucks :D
