I don't want to expose them publicly, since I believe a massage from a mod would notify them of being watched and make 'em stop. Kids are stupid after all, but a more malicious character could use the rate4rate mentality to entice everyone to a downloadable virus or trojan. So I feel like this should be monitored and measures should be taken.
