Same issue. I get a dialog that just says "The application "Terra Nil.app" can't be opened. I think it is related to system lockdowns introduced in this version of macos, but also could be if it's 32bit app for some reason. Suspect answer will be very similar to https://itch.io/post/1666042. Edit: tried it and it was the same.
