Ok so im kinda lost, I started this VN a few hours ago and I don't know what I have to do. Is there a mission list to continue with the story or something?

You can get mission with some people around. Some you can repeat, like ones with Bernard, the tavern guy and others even in advanced moment in the game. Later in the game Rose always ask you for pulps each three days. Some tasks than missions. Just do all tasks and missions to open new ones.
Have a mission from Bernard that need help of the lizard tribe to get completed.
Some others have few missions that you can do only a single time.
