It's part of the afterstory you get for achieving the good ending. At the first set of options, examine the items in the room and then search the cabinet to obtain the knife. Choose not to use it on Haru. After you bathe and sleep (doesn't matter whether or not you bite Haru), choose again not to use the knife. You should obtain the good ending and the game will then ask you if you'd like to view an additional short story.
Sorry, I didn't realize it looks like you have to achieve all of the bad ends first.
I don't remember which is which number but here are how you get all of them:
A) Look outside window
B) Get vase -> use vase
C) Get vase -> don't use vase
D) Get knife -> use knife
E) Stay still and don't touch anything -> doesn't matter what you pick during bath scene
