Sorry, I didn't realize it looks like you have to achieve all of the bad ends first.
I don't remember which is which number but here are how you get all of them:
A) Look outside window
B) Get vase -> use vase
C) Get vase -> don't use vase
D) Get knife -> use knife
E) Stay still and don't touch anything -> doesn't matter what you pick during bath scene
