Lizards and Flies: The Heroes' Swamp Adventure
Today’s pixel art is inspired by the video game Might and Magic III for PC (DOS). It’s a grand, magical adventure—full of vibrant colors. You set off into a fantasy world, only to discover a sci-fi twist at the end. But for the most part, it’s all about swords and sorcery, wizards and warriors. It’s a great time, featuring SVGA graphics.
This is my drawing inspired by Might and Magic III (DOS). Adventurers are gazing toward the horizon—looking into the distance—and heading that way, crossing plains and swamps. The main thing is not to get bogged down in the mire—to avoid the moment the grass suddenly turns to muck and you sink into the water. That happened to them just two days ago, right here in these parts. But today is different; they’ve gained experience. They’ve chased down and caught huge, fast-flying flies. Now, a new adventure awaits: swamp lizards. They haven't even seen the creatures yet, but these lizards are stealing everything in sight from the village.
A lizard stole the wizard’s staff and the warrior’s sword. That’s exactly why they need to tackle this quest right now—to retrieve their gear. Plus, as the wizard suspects, they’ll likely find a heap of other interesting items along the way. It’s a lucrative mission.
