I.C.O. is mainly a kinetic VN so there won't be routes exactly. Romancing any character I guess isn't a controllable option but rather whatever works for the story. I hope that's a sufficient answer XP.
That's not to say romance elements won't be in the game necessarily but they'll be beyond the control of the player. Who knows? Judah could develop feelings for Gil or Shay and we can see something like that happen.
