Mine got bug where Arlene first mission triggered everytime my char enter my own condo. Did you guys have any advice?

Growing chest fixed mine, or shrink, shrinked Lust's then I triggered it one last time.

You need to learn magic from Rinny at Transylvania.
The succubus in the forest, go to the library at succubus tower and talk to your left closest npc then return to Rinny.
Or the body workshop, that worked for me just fine.
The latest r90 release should fix this!
