How can I transfer all my saves to a new game download? Plus, how does the Leveling up work, I can't level up anymore, can you only defeat everything once and get XP?

You need simply copy and paste your 'save' folder from the old version to the new version once you've downloaded it.
There is a Level Cap of 6 in Chapter 1. Also, enemies only give you EXP up to a certain level, so you can't reach Level 6 only from fighting Blue Slimes for example, you need to fight harder enemies!
