Thank you!

Yeah, I think the key here would be two reduce the time of the day/night cycle. Unfortunately, we decided early on to make the music tracks 2 minutes each, and I wanted to keep their full duration in the game

We were also very near changing the point system so that it would value how long you kept each individual sheep alive. However, we couldn't figure out how to keep players from quitting once they got down to 1-2 sheep because there would then be very little value in continuing. We supposed that adding some way to rebuild your flock would solve this, but we didn't have much time to add that. If you have any insight on this design issue, I'd be curious to hear!

That totally makes sense! The music is great too, it's a nice touch.

My gut tells me maybe 1 pt per hour, instead of 1 pt per day; you could still display which day was reached at the endslate (i.e. "You survived to day 3! Score: 70")

Rebuilding your flock is interesting. Perhaps +1 sheep returned, up to a max, as a reward when each day/night cycle is completed?
