thanks for replying fast. i will try to contact support. i only asked cause AI is telling me it's a glitch with itch.io where the new bundle isn't given to the old purchasers and says support can't modify the artist's bundle keys

From my experience with itch.io, everything usually works perfectly. Plus, seeing that the new bundle content is being downloaded regularly makes me believe the package is healthy and active. Keep me updated on any developments,I'm confident this will be sorted out soon!

maybe you can see on my profile now that it only gives me access to volumes 1-13. I checked every pack and it's not letting me download the new volumes 14-17 because it says I need to buy them, and the same when I go to the updated bundle page. can you manually update my access pls?
