I really don't tend to write comments on these things, I also tend to not like these card pack type games. Your game however, peaked my interest. Sadly with the use of Generative AI for the pictures on the cards I cannot support. If you update with real art I would love to play, just can't do the slop. It looks terrible.
Thank you for your feedback. Actually, I spent quite a lot of time meticulously editing each one individually to make them compatible with the game's aesthetics. I have a plan to replace them with actual drawings in the future. If you'd like, you can try my other game, Venus Shorttail; everything in that game is hand-drawn by me.
Yeah was coming here to say exactly this. It is a shame cuz the game had potential but as soon as I saw the ai images I lost interest and am about to block the dev.
We need to get ai out of game dev, programmer art has been a staple for years and has become iconic and it is crazy that a lot of modern devs don't recognize that. Minecraft had a lot of programmer art that has become culturally iconic. Slay the Spire 2 has sold SO many copies before even a full release and it uses programmer art with no ai images. YOU DON'T NEED AI IN GAME DEV
