Yeah was coming here to say exactly this. It is a shame cuz the game had potential but as soon as I saw the ai images I lost interest and am about to block the dev.
We need to get ai out of game dev, programmer art has been a staple for years and has become iconic and it is crazy that a lot of modern devs don't recognize that. Minecraft had a lot of programmer art that has become culturally iconic. Slay the Spire 2 has sold SO many copies before even a full release and it uses programmer art with no ai images. YOU DON'T NEED AI IN GAME DEV
