As for the answers, honestly I dont really know who the body double is ^^; Most likely just a random girl who unfortunately resembles Yulan too much. Same for the endings. While I think Zhiqiang would love to successfully whisk his beloved lady away to some secluded safe house to woo in peace, realistically he probably make it 15ft outside the compound before his siblings ambush him and lovingly beat him up for his audacity. (And to save his life, god forbid the elders hear about this -_-;)
And as for the "our devotion" ending, Mr Perfect actually quite likes Zhiqiang, and has zero qulams about his wife having another lover. Hes very secure in his position as her husband. Its mostly just Zhiqiang who has to work though his seething jealousy and possessiveness.
Its all very funny in my head. Just Yulan and Mr Perfect petting his head, giving him treats and praises. And poor Zhiqiang just quaking in his boots as he swings wildly between his love of Yulan and his irrational hatred of Mr Perfect (who has been nothing but nice to him).
