I love this, just the description alone had me laughing. Great concept and extremely well implemented. The controls are really wonky and hard to get ahold off but it can be, barely, controlled. I do find the infection rate might be happening a bit too fast, especially given the length of time required to collect an item, the small bubble and the length of trails left by the other shoppers. A bit of play testing there will balance this nicely and make an awesome game :)
Hey thanks for the feedback, we've had a bit of time over the week to listen to feedback and do some of our own play testing and have made a few changes for a post-jam update. Controls are a lot more predictable and the infection rate has been tones down, items are now collected automatically whilst you are in range and other shoppers masks now actually reduce their infection radius. With regards to the infection trails, those won't actually infect you in the jam version and are purely cosmetic (same in the update) but instead other shoppers will cough on occasion and leave clouds that ARE infectious.
Appreciate you taking the time to play this version and leave some feedback though as it helps us narrow down on what works/doesn't and what we can do better for our next jam.
