As far as I know, it should be compatible. However, please keep in mind that some adaptations or modifications may be required to avoid minor issues, for example with the UI.
Also, since VisuStella's code is encrypted, I have no way to inspect it or adapt my code accordingly. For this reason, I cannot guarantee perfect compatibility, as it will depend on how their developers have implemented everything.
Please keep in mind that all of our plugins are designed to provide the greatest compatibility possible, although this is not always possible when third-party code is encrypted.

We have published a short post explaining the situation in more detail, including a temporary solution you can use while we wait for Gotcha Gotcha Games to update the Steam version:

We have already contacted GGG and reported the problem, so the official correction will depend on them updating the corresponding Steam files.
In the meantime, please follow the instructions in the post, as they should allow you to fix the translation issue manually.
