Sure — and thank you for the thoughtful comment! The game was indeed inspired by compression mechanics.

The game supports multiple valid solutions. Since there are currently only 12 levels, only some of them actually have more than one possible answer, but I definitely understand your point. I’ll seriously consider making it much clearer in the UI/tutorial that all valid solutions are accepted, rather than making players feel like they have to guess one specific intended answer.

Thanks again for pointing this out — it’s really helpful feedback.

Good to hear. One cheap way to make it read as a budget rather than as a right answer is to show the target as a number the note has to fit inside, with the note's current length displayed next to it. A player who finds a different shortening then watches it pass, and the goal reads as compression rather than as guessing what the station wanted.

Related, when somebody submits something valid but longer than the target, a message saying it fits and can still be shorter teaches the mechanic better than a refusal does.

Thank you! I really like this suggestion. I’ll definitely think it over carefully and decide whether to include it in the next update.
